The ability to change is one of the key factors of success for any company. However, simply implementing a change isn't the end of the story by any means. In those it affects, change often evokes skepticism or even fear, which in turn often results in active or passive resistance. Any company who fails to relieve their employees of the fear and insecurity caused by change will inevitably fail to successfully implement any real, long-term changes. At the same time, the inability to change and adapt to new conditions and standards is a veritable death sentence to any company wishing to succeed in our competitive market.
