Magx4My name is Margret Paulmichl. I am mother of three adult children, passionate cook, and mountain climber. I am fascinated by different art and cultures from around the world, high mountains and lonely landscapes, new foods and good wine. I find it intriguing and exciting to work with others and learn about their stories, experiences, and personal growth. Having grown up in Morocco and the Middle East, I have been able to develop a high-tuned sensibility for foreign people and cultures.

Let’s adventure out together and redefine the limits of the possible!

A Brief 'About Me'

"Not because it’s hard do we refuse to try, rather it’s hard because we do not try!"

True to this motto, I have been an avid alpine and mountain climber for over five years. I have experienced many challenges, as well as the joy that comes from overcoming those challenges, in places like Morocco, Greece, USA, France, and the entire Alp region.

Our focus on "Burnout Prevention" resulted from a very personal experience – in 2006, I personally went down the rocky path of "Burnout", with all its highs and lows. This first-hand experience of suffering and its many facets, the personal and professional consequences thereof, and the strength, optimism, and various options for gaining new perspectives are all things that I would like to pass on to you, my client.

As a qualified hotel specialist, I have worked independently as a consultant for over 12 years. Today, I focus on the areas of social and intercultural competence and communication, burnout prevention, regenerative "Time-Outs", marketing, and customer relationship management.

My challenging and exciting work as teacher and board member for various faculties at the Berlin Chamber of Commerce (tourism, corporate management, hotel management, recreation management, business, and marketing) round out my professional career.

My Philosophy

"Imagine that a bank transfers 86,400 € to your account every morning. You can spend the entire amount in one day. However, you can’t save anything – what you don’t spend in that one day, you lose. The 86,400 € will be waiting for you every morning, but the bank can end this arrangement at any time. Game over. What would you do?
This game is a reality. We all have a magical bank: time. Every morning, we are given a new day, 86,400 seconds of life. The moments that we waste not living are lost forever. But every morning, the account is full again. So, what will you do with your daily 86,400 seconds?"
